Katelyn is currently a sophomore attending Bridgewater College where she is a member of the varsity riding team and assisted the Bridgewater Equestrian Team's regional win this season. Riding since she was seven years old, Katelyn says, "I loved riding the second I sat my tush in the saddle and I have been riding and competing ever since." Inheriting the love of horses from her mother, they have traveled together up and down the coast since Katelyn was in middle school. "She has always been there supporting me on the sidelines - from the Hallelujah jump to the blue ribbons." "I couldn't have done it without her - Thanks a Million Mom!" Amongst her accomplishments in the "A" circuit, Katelyn has placed in many equitation classes, finals and adult amateur classes. She recently champion in the adult division at the HITS Culpeper Show Series. Katelyn is committed to making riding a permanent sport in her life.
