Devon is twelve and has been successfully showing ponies.  She won the small pony hunter champion at the USEF Pony Finals with her pony “Dreamboy,”  her small pony “Fort Knox” was also small pony champion at the USEF Pony Finals the next year, and that same year Devon rode him to the high score USEF small green pony hunter of the country.  Devon has qualified and shown her medium ponies and her large pony “Texas” at the Devon Horse Show, the Harrisburg National Horse Show, and the Washington International Horse Show.  She was third in the Washington International pony equitation finals.  Devon is excited about riding at Hillcrest with Pam Baker, Elizabeth Coughlin, and Baxter Kennedy and moving up to the Junior Hunters with her two new horses - - Luxurious, a large Junior, and River Mist, a small Junior.  Elizabeth will also be showing River Mist in the Green Conformation Hunter division.  Devon says “she is learning so much with Pam,” that “Pam really makes me want to learn and be good,” and that she “enjoys being around all the special people that ride at Hillcrest and work there.”
